Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy explains what information serenityunderfive.com (“Serenity Under Five”, “we”) collects and how it is used.

Information we collect on this website

  • This website has no user accounts, no comment forms, and no advertising or analytics tracking at this time.
  • Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs for security and performance.
  • Fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to a third-party font service.

Purchases

Purchases made through our shop are processed by Payhip, and payments are handled by PayPal (or other payment methods Payhip offers). These services collect the information needed to complete your order, such as your name, email address, and payment details, under their own privacy policies. We receive your name, email address, and order details so we can deliver your files and answer questions about your order. We never see or store your full card details.

If you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy’s privacy policy applies to that purchase.

Email list

If you sign up for a free printable or our emails, we collect your email address (and your name, if you choose to give it). Our email list is run by Kit (kit.com), which stores your address and sends our emails under its own privacy policy. Kit may record whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, so we can see which emails are useful.

We use your email only to send you what you asked for and occasional emails from Serenity Under Five (tips, new articles, and new tools). We never sell or share your address. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us at hello@serenityunderfive.com to delete your details.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. WordPress sets technical cookies only for site administrators who log in. Checkout pages hosted by Payhip and PayPal may set their own cookies.

How we use and keep information

  • To deliver your purchases and provide customer support.
  • To keep the website secure and working properly.
  • Website data is backed up regularly to secure cloud storage so it can be restored if something goes wrong.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection laws.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website grows, for example if we add an email newsletter. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
